Principal’s Message

The Salish First Nations referred to this land as

Saseenos – “sunny land sloping gently up from the sea.”

Welcome to our beautiful school located on the unceded traditional territories of the T’Sou-ke Nation. We enroll students in Kindergarten through Grade 5. Our learning community includes approximately 200 students and 35 staff members. We are fortunate to have an active Parent Advisory Council and we appreciate the supportive involvement of parents.

At Saseenos, we encourage children to participate in all aspects of school life while working on their learning goals. We are proud of our positive school culture.
