Dear River Runner Families,

As we wrap up the first part of our school year and head into winter break, we want to extend a thank you for the warm welcome and support you’ve shown as we get to know everyone. It has been a term full of learning, growth, and building connections at Saseenos, and we are grateful to be here. Our first day back is Monday, January 5th for a full day. Ms. Richard will continue acting as Vice Principal as Mr. Gibson supports Sooke Elementary as Acting Principal. We will be looking forward to seeing everyone’s smiles back in the school!

  • We opened report cards on MyEd yesterday. Please use this information to access your child’s MyEd account and reset your password if needed: MyEd BC Portal | Sooke School District You must use a PC the first time logging on. If you do not have a Personal Computer please come by the school and we will have one set up for you to use. If you have problems please reach out to Ms. Hull, 250-642-5261.
  • Flourish is holding a free family food market at EMCS on Dec. 29 from 11:00-13:00. Please see the attached information.
  • Nature Kindergarten Information Sessions for September Kindergarten students is January 8th 6-7 @ Saseenos Elementary and January 10th 10:30-11:30 @ Sangster Elementary. See information attached.
