Dear River Runner Families,

Next week we will have Talent Show Auditions in the gym at lunch. If your River Runner would like to perform please help them have a few practices with you so they can present it on Monday or Tuesday. Thank you. The Junior Canucks Team is coming on Thursday to coach every class in floorball and will leave our school floorball sticks and balls for our school to use. We are so excited for this opportunity.

• Our Sooke Lions are hosting a pancake breakfast next Friday for our whole school. If your child has any allergies and needs another food option please email back and we will work with you to have an alternative item. Thank you
• A reminder to our families that we have adults and children who need to use the accessible parking spot to load and unload their children or move with ease to pick up their child. Please do not block this parking spot unless it is needed for your family. Thank you
• A big thank you to Sooke Home Hardware who kindly donated supplies for our garden being started by Ms. Britney.
• Our Read and Ride for next year Kindergartens in on Wednesday, May 6^th. It is a fun story on the bus! Come for the visit. Please see the attached sign up sheet.

From our PAC

Hi Parents

All this up coming week our PAC is doing special events to celebrate our schools staff. As part of this some off your children have volunteered to make staff appreciation cards and will come home with a pre printed template. You can choose to use this our start from scratch. Once the card is completed please ask them to bring it in and deliver it to the staff member they choose. They can make them for teachers, EA, the IS team, Sandy, PVP etc.
